i loved how clean the hotel was.. the daily cleaning service ensured our room remained super clean. the food tasted delicious, i appreciated the variety offered each day, i especially enjoyed the fresh omelets during breakfast. we benefited from the free bus service, it provided prompt transport to the beach and town at regular intervals.
the gym was quite small, it had limited equipment, i wish it was bigger.

the hotel offered a free bus service that ran frequently to the town center and beach, it made accessing these locations very easy. the journey was comfortable and took approximately ten minutes, i appreciated this convenient service.

the buffet provided a good variety of food, i loved how the options changed daily ensuring there was always something new to try. fresh omelets were available each morning, i enjoyed this customized option very much.

the hotel offered towel service, i could exchange them as needed, and receive my deposit back when i checked out. i used the courtesy bus regularly, it was comfortable and provided a timely service throughout the day.

Mixed experience. Some issues present.
slow receptionrude staff
I was annoyed by the slow service at reception. i also had to pay extra for a beach towel, which cost €10. considering i paid for all inclusive, this surprised me. the food wasn't great. I ended up eating out most nights, which cost me a lot more. the drinks bar was also slow because only one person was serving. the staff seemed rude and unhelpful. I don't know why!
